DELIVERY

To ensure Australian delivery before Christmas please place your order before 1pm Friday 14th December. Thanks!

FREE DELIVERY in Australia for orders over $100

Within Australia we offer free delivery on all domestic orders over $100. Otherwise a flat postage and handling rate of $8.00 applies across Australia and $12.00 for Express Post. Orders are shipped via registered post with Australia Post. A signature is required to accept delivery.

If you are happy to collect your order in the Newcastle Region NSW please email us at happieco@outlook.com.au to arrange local pick up. Local pick up must be agreed upon with HappieCo before you place your order. 

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, within 2 business days of order placement, and typically take 2-5 business days for delivery. You will receive an email notifying you when you order has been dispatched. Please email us at happieco@outlook.com.au if you need us to rush your order through and we will do our best to get it to you as quick as possible.

International orders sent outside Australia are shipped using Australia Post - Registered Air Mail, typically taking 3-10 business days. Visit the Australia Post website to ascertain timing to your country.

We offer free delivery on all international orders over $250. Otherwise a flat rate of $25 across the world applies. A signature is required to accept delivery. We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes outside of Australia

Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges on international orders. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

GIFT WRAPPING

We will happily gift wrap your purchase and include a card for a $3 fee. To add gift wrapping to your purchase simply select the gift wrapping option in our products listing under shop on our home page and add the gift wrapping to your shopping cart. All gift wrapping and cards are gender netural. Then please email happieco@outlook.com.au with the message you would like written in the card.

 

RETURNS

Please ensure that your child tries their swimwear on with their underwear on and do not remove the tag until you are happy with the garments. Unwashed, unworn and unused garments in their original condition may be returned only if the tag is still attached to the swimwear. You may return any garments that are unworn and still have the tag attached up to 30 days from date of purchase.

Please email us at happieco@outlook.com.au to notify us that you are returning a garment. We will then provide you with an address to post the garment.

Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. EFTPOS/Credit Card refunds must be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase). The returned swimmers will be assessed to ensure they have not been worn and that the tag is still attached before a refund will be processed.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. We will endeavour to process all refunds within 2 business days of receiving the returned garment.

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the packaging and postage costs. However, we are unable to cover the cost of returns or exchanges. All garments must be sent with tracking attached to ensure garments do not get lost in the post. We will not take responsibility for garments that have been lost in the post without tracking.

HappieCo reserves the right to refuse any return where consumer abuse has accrued.
